The Waterfront Center Annual Awards Program is a juried competition to recognize top-quality international urban waterfront projects and comprehensive waterfront plans.

Project Planning Award – Trinity Uptown Development Standards and Guidelines

In recognition of the collaboration of the City of Fort Worth and GideonToal, Inc. with project partners and a 35 member Citizen Advisory Committee for the formulation of Development Standards and Guidelines designed to promote the development of a vibrant, urban, live, work, play waterfront district as envisioned in the Trinity Uptown Plan.
